Pricing during COVID-19

Everyone in the agency community is trying their best to cope with the rapidly evolving situation surrounding the spread of coronavirus. I’m sure you’ve got your own plans in place - just as we do too.

Boris is trying to quell panic while being appropriately cautious to contain the spread. Businesses, particularly start-ups like us and agents like you, are working to find ways to mitigate damage to our bottom line and productivity. These are no doubt challenging times.

As a company, we’ve been talking to a lot of our users over the last few days and thinking deeply about how to be as helpful as we possibly can be. Here is what we came up with.

From today through to June 1.

Increased searches and reports for free users; from 5 to 50 per month. There isn't a better and more relevant way to stay in touch. If your activity stops, your business stops. Lean on us during this time.

Pro users will get 100 prospecting letters per month included in their £44/month. Pro users, along with the already added features and upgraded reporting, will get early access to a feature we are still working to fast track - Prospector. As of next Monday (pending a seamless release over the weekend) you will be able to prospect any address you search for in Homesearch or Explorer. Helping you build a pipeline, stay visible and communicate with your market.

Branch pricing - £155 per month. 8 users and 400 letters included per month. We are also fast tracking a branch pricing model. A lot of the conversations we've had since January have been about business owners wanting their teams on Homesearch, but wanting a better way to pay than £44 x 5, 6, 7 etc people.
