The bedroom section is a tad harder to answer, for instance if you have enough clothes to make a clothes shop blush and the need for a "Shoe-drobe" then this is a two double bedroom home with a dressing room, if you work from home then the dressing room miraculously turns into an office or if you plan on the patter of little tiny feet then technically, for you, this is a three bedroom home with the third room coming straight off your bedroom. If you are still ticking those boxes away, then move to the final part. If it was a five-bed you were looking for, then please call the office, and no, we don't have your number as you didn't leave it the last time you called.

CHAIN: It is called a chain, as every sale, that is either below or above a property, is its very own link; put them together and hey-presto, we have a chain. It is also called a chain because it is restrictive; you are always waiting on someone else, and if that person goes on holiday, you're waiting for someone else who is clearly having a lot of fun. This lovely home has NO CHAIN, so you can move in as quickly as can be achieved, no waiting for anyone.
