Purchasers will have the opportunity to use the agreed incentive amount of up to £25,000 towards a selection of purchase-related costs and extras of their choosing, subject to the developer’s approval and any applicable build stage restrictions. This may include, within reason, contributions towards flooring, turf, other upgrades, legal fees, moving costs, mortgage contributions, or deposit support.
All incentives and choices must be discussed and agreed at the time of reservation.
Any upgrades, finishes, or optional extras selected as part of this promotion will be subject to the stage of construction at the time of reservation. Certain items may no longer be available once the build has progressed beyond the relevant installation stage.
