We decided to go down the 'AI' route for this description, after all, it is going to take over the world! Gave 'AI' everything it needed for it to come back with "A three-bedroom house" .... ok 'AI' make it more 'Jazzy' .... "A three-bedroom family home located in a village" - It looks like the world is doomed, folks!

We will go back to good old-fashioned brainstorming and typing it ourselves.

To a degree 'AI' is correct, it is located in a village, but not just any old village, it is situated in Fernhill Heath which (if you don't know) is situated just north of the city, there are a few local shops (one randomly has a Subway) a few pubs, a very eclectic range of house ages around the village and easy access out to the M5 (see 'AI' it is not that difficult!).

How about the home? Again 'AI' was bang on the button, yes it does have three bedrooms but it seems to have missed everything else, so allow us to put you in the picture: the living room is a great size with a big window over looking your rear garden which screams out for a bi-fold door in all honesty to make the most of the indoor/outdoor vibe. The kitchen has been modernised and utilises the space well, giving ample space to do your best Nigella Lawson impression ... perhaps with a little less salt. Also on the ground floor is a four piece bathroom suit, so you can decide if you are going to have a shower or a bath ... quick tip, if reading a book, take the bath option.

One thing 'AI' missed is the outside, the front of the property has parking for what could be 4 cars ... or two stretch limousines ... or 8 smart cars. To the rear, the garden is a great size for everyone to either run around in or sit back and relax, and with the size of the garden, there is a possibility of being able to extend also.

This home is so much more than a "three-bedroom house", so call us to book a viewing in, and feel free to have 'AI' control your heating and lights ... if you don't mind freezing and sitting in the dark.
