I can progress this for you. I wouldn’t advise that we arrange photos at this stage, until your tenants have vacated because it will not present well. The walls have quite a lot of discolouration (black stains) in the living room and bedrooms from where candles have been burning. The walls would need to be cleaned or possibly even repainted in these areas before being photographed.
Will you let me know your timeframes for tenants vacating and decoration works as the home report will date from the time the surveyor attends so it would be better that we align this with photography.
