THE PROPERTY
Situated in this most picturesque and sought-after village, first impressions of Lynch View are most impressive, with its attractive stone façade beneath a pretty pitched slate roof.
Upon entering the property, there is an immediate sense of charm, space and light. You are welcomed into a fantastic open-plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen area incorporates a Rayburn together with a range of wall and base units, complemented by attractive flooring. At the opposite end of the room is a cosy sitting area centred around a fireplace with a large wood-burning stove. Quite simply, this room is as good as it gets and, like many parts of this wonderful home, it is difficult not to smile whilst taking it all in. There is also direct access to the large store room, ideal for storage and additional fridge/freezer space.
To the rear of the property is a kitchenette/utility room, along with a downstairs shower room. This could be incorporated into the main property, but would make a lovely garden room with doors opening out to the garden.
On the first floor are two beautiful bedrooms together with a family bathroom. Wooden steps lead up to an attic room with stripped wooden flooring, offering huge potential for a variety of uses, subject to the necessary permissions.
OUTSIDE
The real surprise, however, is the truly wonderful garden, with stone steps winding their way upwards through beautifully landscaped areas, creating a magical setting from which to enjoy views of the surrounding countryside.
Halfway up the magical garden is a studio with a mezzanine level above, which would also make an ideal workshop, and has an adjoining tool store. At the very top is a fantastic log cabin/studio with stunning views - a blissful hideaway.
