This flat has been my home and my sanctuary. Located in the Broad Green area, it's just a 5-minute walk from Croydon University Hospital (Mayday) and close to West Croydon. Thornton Heath, Purley Way and Valley Park, with IKEA, Sainsbury's, M&S and other major retailers, are all within a 5-minute drive. East Croydon station is also nearby, offering fast and frequent services to London Victoria and London Bridge in around 18 minutes.
