1. Homesearch AI Listings Service – Terms of Use

1.1 Overview

The Homesearch AI Listings Service helps estate agents optimise their property listings for visibility in AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. This service works via your CRM provider or Homesearch directly, using the same feed you already send to property portals.

1.2 Opting In

By opting in, you agree to allow Homesearch to:

• Access and process your property listings data via your CRM feed,
• Optimise this data to make it machine-readable for AI search engines,
• Display your listings (and agency contact details) through AI-integrated channels and search tools.

You confirm you have the necessary rights to authorise Homesearch to do this.

1.3 Fees and Free Periods

• If your CRM or Homesearch is currently sponsoring the service, no fees are payable during the free period (you will be notified).
• Following the free period, a monthly subscription fee will apply per branch. This will be clearly communicated to you with fair notice and no hidden costs.
• You can opt out at any time before charges begin. There are no minimum terms.

1.4 Data Use and Protection

• All data is processed and stored securely in the UK or EU and in full compliance with the UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws.
• We will never sell or provide your listing data to your competitors or any third party offering a competitive service.
• Homesearch will not attempt to bypass agents to connect consumers directly.
• We only use your data for the purpose of increasing its visibility to consumers via AI-enabled platforms.

1.5 Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By opting in, you grant us a limited licence to use and process your data solely to deliver the AI Listings Service.

1.6 Termination

You may opt out of the AI Listings Service at any time. If you opt out, we will stop processing your listings and remove them from AI optimisation within a reasonable period.

We aim to provide high-quality support. If you experience any issues, please contact our team and we’ll respond promptly.

1.7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
