How does onboarding work?
As soon as you sign up for Homesearch, we can start setting you up. You'll be assigned a Client Success Manager and your first training session will be booked in. Your Client Success Manager will also talk to you about how we'll work together over the next twelve months which helps us both to set and manage expectations around the service and ROI you can expect as a Homesearch customer long term. We want to show you that, even though we offer flexible contracts, we are setting out for this to be
a successful, long term partnership with results and service as the two key measures.
Once the onboarding is done, is that it for what I can expect from support?
Absolutely not.
We have a dedicated support team who are there to help you with immediate issues and technical problems. You can reach out to them any time in business hours at [email protected] or via Live Chat within Homesearch PRO.

As part of your subscription, you'll also be invited to attend helpful webinars, 1:1 success sessions and regular training as well as receive top tips by email.
